1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Dooke Network (the "Platform"), operated by DOOKE LLC (DBA Dooke Tech) ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases on the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. User Accounts & Security
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
4. Marketplace Rules & Community Guidelines
Users must conduct themselves professionally. Harassment, hate speech, spam, unauthorized self-promotion, and sharing illegal or copyrighted content are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
5. Purchases, Digital Products & Live Seminars
Dooke Network offers digital courses, live online seminars, recorded seminars (replays), workshops, and downloadable materials. All purchases grant a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for personal, educational use only.
6. Intellectual Property & License to Use Content
All educational content, videos, graphics, presentations, and materials remain the sole intellectual property of DOOKE LLC. You may not upload, redistribute, copy, record, resell, publish, or share any content without written permission.
7. Prohibited Uses & User Generated Content
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. Any content you submit to the community must be your own or you must have the right to share it. We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content at our discretion.
8. Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, without notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Platform and its content are provided "as is" for educational purposes only. DOOKE LLC does not guarantee employment, certification, business success, income, or specific results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DOOKE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DOOKE LLC, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
