Refund Policy
IMPORTANT POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Because all products offered on Dooke Network are digital educational products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. By purchasing, customers acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
1. No Refunds
DOOKE LLC (DBA Dooke Tech) does NOT provide refunds for:
- Digital courses
- Seminar registrations
- Replay access
- Downloadable materials
- Memberships
- Digital products
Once access has been granted to digital content, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Missed Seminars
Missed live seminars are not eligible for refunds. If a replay is included with your purchase, participants may watch the recorded replay instead at their convenience.
3. Duplicate Purchases
Duplicate purchases made accidentally may be reviewed individually. If you believe you have accidentally purchased the same product twice, please contact support immediately.
4. Canceled Seminars
In the rare event that a live seminar is canceled by DOOKE LLC, customers may receive either:
- A full refund
- Store credit
- The option to transfer registration to another upcoming seminar
